Gustlo is an AI-powered website builder for restaurants, cafés, and bars. The service generates professional websites from publicly available Google Maps data and user-provided content. Gustlo operates as a SaaS platform with free and paid subscription tiers.

By creating an account or publishing a website through Gustlo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity per account.

Website content (headlines, descriptions, design choices) is generated by artificial intelligence based on publicly available data. By publishing a website, you confirm that you have reviewed the content and take responsibility for its accuracy and legality. Gustlo is not liable for AI-generated content inaccuracies.

You retain ownership of content you provide (photos, menu items, text edits). You grant Gustlo a non-exclusive license to host and display your content on your subdomain and any custom domain you configure.

Restaurant data (name, address, hours, photos, reviews) is sourced from the Google Places API in compliance with Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Google data is attributed accordingly and subject to Google's terms.

You may not use Gustlo to: create websites with illegal content; violate third-party intellectual property rights; create fake restaurant listings; use the platform for phishing, spam, or fraud; create websites for non-food-service businesses.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy LLC (Merchant of Record). Subscription terms, billing, and refunds are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refund is provided for the current billing period.

Subdomains (name.gustlo.com) are provided during the subscription period. Gustlo reserves the right to modify or reclaim subdomains. Custom domains are owned and managed by you.

Gustlo's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Gustlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Gustlo may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, a 30-day grace period applies before permanent data removal.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Budapest.

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
